Terms and conditions of contests in social media

Contest requirements:

• Account registered for an individual aged at least 18, a national of the Kyrgyz Republic;

• The following persons are not allowed to participate in the contest and will be disqualified (cannot be considered the contest participants):

· legal entities;

· employees of the Contest Organizer and their close relatives, and affiliated persons;

· commercial accounts owned by companies or organizations and established for the purpose of commercial activities including accounts that belong to multilevel marketing members including, but not limited to, organizers, employees, representatives and affiliates;

• contest accounts i. e. those created specifically for draws and contests.

• Accounts that meet one or more of the criteria listed below will be recognized as contest accounts:

1) Accounts that took part in and won two or more any other contests over the 6 months before the date of this Contest (at least one contest won);

2) Accounts that won contests organized by the O! mobile operator, O!Bank/My O!, O!Store and Saima Telecom over the last 3 years before this contest date may not take part in this contest.

• Accounts with less than 3 photos may not take part in the contest.

• Active account suggests its regular interaction with the platform and should have at least 3 posts over the last 3 year. Active account may not be the one blocked or restricted in terms of features by decision of the platform administration or as a result of violations.

• The prize will be awarded in Bishkek.

• Prizes are not subject to monetizing.

• Large-scale contest means one drawing prizes such as smartphones, smart watches, speakers and household equipment
