The network commercial operation started in March 2009.
In 2014, the company was first among country’s mobile operators to launch 4G LTE.
In 2016, O! was first to launch a mobile TV service via its official app O!TV downloadable from AppStore and Play Market.
In 2017, the O! mobile operator, in cooperation with the Green Telecom Service payment institution, was among those first to launch its own payment service for subscribers, the O!Dengi e-wallet. The wallet became a part of My O!, an app that has already been downloaded more than 3,000,000 times.
