• The Yandex Plus service is available for activation and use throughout the Kyrgyz Republic and for all plans except the following: Saving Unlimited 4G for 30/60/90/360 Days, Internet and TV for 1 Year, Alga Internet, Internet 40 GB, Home Internet, Internet+, Alga Internet + O!TV, Smart Device 30, and Smart Device 360

• The Yandex Plus service is activated at no charge:

- free subscription activation is available irrespective of the current balance;

- paid subscription activation is subject to balance equal to or more than the paid subscription fee.

• Each user can only activate the free subscription once.

• By activating the service, the use agrees to collection, processing, storage and transfer of personal data.

• Upon the free subscription period expiry, the paid subscription is activated automatically (179 KGS per 30 days).

• Should the subscriber’s plan be waiting for the payment of the fee for more than 30 days the 90 days free subscription will be deactivated automatically and the unspent days of such free subscription expire.

• Should the balance be below 179 KGS by the time of the paid subscription fee withdrawal, the Yandex Plus service will be automatically switched to the payment waiting mode and all the Yandex Plus services will be unavailable until the balance is topped up by at least 179 KGS. Should the Yandex Plus service remain in the payment waiting mode for 30 consecutive days it will be automatically deactivated on the 31st day.

• The Yandex Plus service can be deactivated in the following cases:

- in case the free subscription by promo is deactivated, all the Yandex Plus service terms will be disabled and the unspent days of such free subscription expire;

- should the paid subscription be deactivated, the automatic renewal and fee withdrawal will stop, however all terms of the Yandex Plus service delivery will remain available until the expiry of the paid subscription previously paid and deactivated.

• Should the user switch from the current plan to another one with the Yandex Plus subscription terms available during the active period of the Yandex Plus subscription, the Yandex Plus service shall continue operating as per standard terms, with the same service fee withdrawal date.

  Should the user switch from the current plan to another one with the Yandex Plus subscription terms unavailable during the active period of the Yandex Plus subscription, the Yandex Plus subscription terms shall be deactivated.

• The paid subscription cannot be activated when the free subscription is active. The free subscription cannot be activated when the paid subscription is active.

• With the Yandex Plus service activated, internet traffic is not spent from the current plan’s internet packages for using the Yandex Go and Yandex Music apps and music.yandex.ru website while such traffic is used for the Kinopoisk and Yandex Books apps.

• The Yandex Plus service is delivered through the shared technical resources of the NUR Telecom LLC and FUNTECH LLP.
