The Roaming service is activated automatically. Through this service, you can stay connected abroad: make and receive calls, and send and receive SMS messages in networks of foreign operators we have agreements with.

Service control commands:

Activation: *996#

Status check: *996 *9#

Deactivation: *996*0#

Roaming internet settings by smartphone models:

 

Xiaomi, Poco

1.    Settings – SIM cards and Mobile networks – Select SIM – Access points (APN) – when creating/editing access point, write “internet” in APN

2.    Settings – SIM cards and Mobile networks – Advanced settings – Internet in roaming – International roaming: select “Always”

 

Samsung

1.    Settings – Connections – Mobile networks – Access points – write “internet”

2.    Settings – Connections – Mobile networks – activate Data in roaming.

 

iPhone Apple

1.    Settings – Cell communication – Cell network for data transfer – write “internet” in 2 fields: “Cell data” and “LTE settings”

2.    Settings – Cell communication – Data parameters – activate “Data roaming”.

 

Huawei

1.    Settings – Wireless networks – Mobile network – Access points – write “internet”

2.    Settings – Wireless networks – Mobile network – activate “Internet roaming”

 

Be sure to disable automatic app upgrade to save data traffic:

Guide for iOS: Settings –> Main –> Contents update –> Off / Wi-Fi

Guide for Android: Play Market –> Menu –> Settings –> Automatic app upgrade –> Via Wi-Fi only / Never

 

Note: Reboot your phone after setup. Once restarted, you can use Internet roaming.

How to activate internet roaming?

  1. Via the My O! app. Open “My telecom services”, then “Services”, choose “Roaming”.

  2. By USSD command: *997#

Do I need to reboot my phone after the package activation?

Yes. Reboot your device after you have received the SMS notification on activation.

How to check data balance?

What if mobile service does not work in roaming?

Make sure

  1. Settings are correct for internet in roaming. Open Settings –> Cell communication –> Cell network for data transfer –> if the APN field is empty, write “internet” (leave other fields blank, reboot the phone).

  2. Enable “Data roaming” button in the phone settings.

  3. Make sure your current balance is more than 1 som.

How to select provider in settings?

iOS

1. Open “Settings”.

2. Enter “Cell communication”.

3. Select the needed SIM card (if more than one).

4. Click “Select network”.

5. The switch is in “Automatic” position by default → disable.

6. Wait until iPhone finds available networks.

7. Select the needed provider in the list manually.

 

Android

1. Open “Settings”.

2. Enter “Mobile network”.

3. Select the needed SIM card (if more than one).

4. Click “Operator”.

5. The switch is in “Autoselect” position by default → disable.

6. The phone will search for available operators – wait for the list.

7. Select the needed operator manually.

How can I top up my account in roaming?
