*The following grace and toll-free volumes are provided every day:

00:00:00 to 16:59:59:

• 151-300 minutes of talks: 0.07 KGS/min.

• Starting from the 301st minute: 1.99 KGS/min.

17:00:00 to 23:59:59:

• First 20 minutes of talks: free of charge.

• 21-60 minutes of talks: 0.07 KGS/min.

• Starting from the 61st minute: 1.99 KGS/min.

• Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

• Toll-free threshold for calls to mobile numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic (except codes 05555, 07755, and 07759) is 3 sec;

• Toll-free threshold for calls to numbers with code 312 is 6 sec;

• SIM cards with the Bishkeksky plan only work in Bishkek. Should the subscriber leave Bishkek, all local telecom services will be disabled until his/her return.

• The price of a SIM card with the Bishkeksky plan is 190 KGS.

• Subscription fee: 190 KGS per 30 days, including all taxes.

• If the account balance is insufficient for subscription fee withdrawal, services will be suspended.

• The threshold for disabling paid telecom services is equal to the amount needed to pay the minimum billing unit.

• The Voice Mail service is enabled automatically upon the plan activation;

The subscription fee includes all taxes. Other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax;

The following options are available to users of local telecom services:

• voice calls (inside, offnet, long-distance, international);

• caller ID;

• call waiting;

• call forwarding.

• The Whole World! service is activated by default and can only be deactivated at the customer’s written request.

• Detailed record of call history can be obtained at request.
