The Save the Number plan allows saving the current number without using it.
Plan activation fee (inclusive of all taxes).
- 150 soms for 90 days;
- 600 soms for 360 days.
The plan period is extended automatically subject to sufficient balance for subscription fee withdrawal.
Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;
If your balance is below insufficient funds by the subscription fee withdrawal the plan will be suspended. The available balance will be reserved as a part of the future subscription fee withdrawal and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance). To keep the number saved the balance should be topped up by an amount sufficient for subscription fee withdrawal.
Paid and free services and promos are unavailable for the Save the Number plan except roaming services.
When switching to the Save the Number plan, all the services previously activated, except roaming services, will be disabled. The balance of the data and minute packages provided as part of services and the plan, except roaming services, will be terminated.
To resume telecom and internet services the user should switch to any currently available plan. Plan can be chosen here.
*Only calls to short codes and national emergency services are available in the Kyrgyz Republic. When in roaming, outside the Kyrgyz Republic, incoming and outgoing calls and SMS and internet services are available.
