The price of the starting set and 30-days subscription fee is 990 KGS.
The basic O!Family+ set consists of 4 SIM cards:
1. The main SIM card (1). This is the SIM card from which the monthly subscription fee will be paid and additional numbers managed.
2. 3 additional SIM cards are to be given to family members.
Adding numbers to the group:
Up to 2 extra SIM cards can be added to the group depending on the number of family members: the group set may include up to 6 SIM cards including the main one. Each number provided within the basic set may be replaced with an existing one free of charge upon the O!Family+ plan activation. 250 KGS will be charged for every further number replacement. 250 KGS will also be charged for adding a new number to the basic set. The User shall pay separately each extra number fee (if applicable). Should the Main Number add the 5th extra number to the group, the next subscription fee will be withdrawn in amount of 1,240 KGS for 30 days. Should the Main Number add the 6th extra number to the group, the next subscription fee will be withdrawn in amount of 1,490 KGS for 30 days.
• Calls to numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic: calls are toll-free for the first 5 minutes, and then charged at 2.8 KGS per minute.
• Sending SMS in Kyrgyzstan: 1.5 KGS per message.
• Calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic: 4.99 KGS per minute.
• The first 40 GB of mobile data are provided to each SIM card (the Main and the 3 additional ones) at the maximum speed available for 30 days following the subscription fee withdrawal; after that, the mobile data speed may be reduced;
• The 40 GB mobile data package is provided in full, WITH NO DAY AND NIGHT TRAFFIC DIVISION;
• Once the maximum-speed data package expires, all the group members including the Main SIM card holder and additional SIM card holders may activate Turbo Buttons with 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB data to continue using maximum-speed mobile data until the next subscription fee withdrawal.
Turbo Buttons can be activated in the Personal Account, via the web interface or by dialing the following commands:
1 GB Turbo Button: – *735*1# (30 KGS);
2 GB Turbo Button: – *735*2# (50 KGS);
5 GB Turbo Button: – *735*5# (100 KGS);
10 GB Turbo Button:– *735*10# (150 KGS).
• Turbo Button active period: until the next withdrawal of the O!Family+;
• The data traffic of several Turbo Buttons activated simultaneously will be added;
• Turbo Buttons cannot be deactivated.
For cost-efficient calls to other mobile networks in the Kyrgyz Republic:
• Activate the package “10 minutes for offnet calls”: *545*10# (25 KGS including all taxes)
• Activate the package “20 minutes for offnet calls: *545*20# (50 KGS including all taxes)

• Note! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;
• Cost of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic up 3 seconds long: 0 KGS;
• All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic to O! numbers with prefix 705 which are charged at 5.99 KGS per talk minute;
• Outgoing calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic are charged at 5.99 KGS per minute;
• The amount of telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit;
• The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon the O!Family+ plan activation as per the service terms described on the website;
• The O!Family+ plan users may choose or replace their numbers as per the My New Number service terms;
• If you currently use a regular service with daily withdrawn subscription fee and your account balance is below 990 KGS by the time of the O!Family+ plan’s monthly fee payment, access to such regular service will be limited, however, the regular service’s fee will be withdrawn continuously as per the service terms. Such service can be deactivated at any time as per the service provision rules;
• Use the Share Internet! service to use your smartphone as an internet access point for other devices;
• Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of international communication service provision;
• The Whole World service is activated automatically upon activation of the O!Family+ plan. This service enables low-cost international calls;
• The roaming service is provided under the O!Family+ plan on the general terms described on the website;
• If Main Sim card’s balance is insufficient by the subscription fee withdrawal, the balance will be reserved as part of subscription fee and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance), and all incoming calls and internet services will be disabled except calls to toll-free emergency numbers. To resume telecom and internet services, balance should be topped up to the amount sufficient for the monthly subscription fee withdrawal;
• To ensure continuous internet access, additional 1 GB package will be provided for 25 KGS upon the plan’s main internet package expiry:
∙ The additional 1 GB internet package is active until the first attempt to withdraw the plan fee. The unspent additional traffic will expire when the active period ends;
∙ The additional 1 GB internet package is provided immediately upon the plan’s main internet package expiry. Once the additional 1 GB internet package has expired, other additional internet packages will be provided continuously subject to sufficient balance;
∙ Should the balance be below 25 KGS by the additional internet package expiry, another additional 1 GB internet package will not be provided;
∙ To restrict provision of additional 1 GB internet packages, visit any Sales and Service Office or contact the help desk service: *707;
∙ The ban on additional 1 GB internet packages can be lifted by dialing *745*1# or in the My O! app;
∙ Up to 5 additional internet packages (1 GB for 25 KGS) can be activated within one day.
• To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal internet traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment;
• Availability of services to holders of the O!Family+ plan’s Main and Additional Number holders:

5+5, Your Zero Daily, Your Unlimited, Your Zero Plus, Your Zero (7 Days), Your Zero 3, 6, 12!, Tunku Unlimited, Birge, SUPERHYPE+YouTube, Switch to O! Light+ Gift, and Your Zero as a Gift for 7 Days (service cannot be activated as a gift by neither the Giver, nor the Recipient).
• Should the mobile data package not expire on all SIM cards within 30 days, unspent data will expire upon the next subscription fee withdrawal.
• The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.
• The Turbo Button subscription fee and service fees include all taxes; other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax.
General terms of the service “Where is the Family?”
With the free service “Where is the Family?” provided as part of the O!Family+ plan, you can always know where your children are at without bothering calls, or, if necessary, your child can keep you up-to-date of his/her current location using the special message “Attention! I am here!”. You only need to get your child’s search consent once.
The service is provided free of charge as part of the terms of the service O!Family+ and available subject to plan fee being paid in full.
Locating your child
To find out your child location, you will need his/her consent to search via the My O! app.
To obtain such consent, log in the My O! app, choose the option “My family” and click “Request location” to send an SMS requesting your child’s consent to your finding his/her location. The child will need to respond to such SMS by entering the text from the SMS received from number 7887 or confirm consent in the My O! app. To reject location finding, the child only needs to ignore the SMS received.
If consent to location tracking is confirmed, you can check your child’s location in the My O! app or your child can report his/her location to you free of charge by clicking “Attention! I am here!” in the My O! app, and you will receive SMS on your child’s location. Up to 5 messages “Attention! I am here!” are available per day.
Search request limit
The location service is available to all group numbers giving their consent to such request. Up to 10 toll-free child search requests can be sent per hour subject to such child’s consent to location tracking. In case the hourly limit is exceeded, the parent will be notified accordingly.
Additional conditions
- If the child is out of the network range or his/her phone is off at the time the search request is sent, the parent will be notified that such number is out of reach.
- You can restrict finding your location in the My O! app
- Subscriber location search radius is as follows:
· 250-500 m in Bishkek
· 500-800 m in cities and other large settlements
· 1,000-3,000 m in rural areas.
