The basic set of the plan Vmeste Deshevle Premium consists of 4 SIM cards:

1. The main SIM card (1). This SIM card is to be used in a phone. The subscription fee will only be paid from this SIM card’s balance. Extra numbers are controlled from this SIM card’s number.

2. SIM card for router (1). This SIM card should be used in the router for access to internet.

3. Extra SIM cards (2) to be used in phones. Family members can use these SIM cards in their phones.

2 more extra SIM cards can be added to the group depending on how many people are there in the family. The group may comprise up to 6 SIM cards including the one in the router. At the time of the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan activation, two additional numbers are added free of charge (except the one used by the router), and 300 KGS are charged for each further added/exchanged number. Once the Main Number has added the 3rd extra number to the group, the next subscription fee for 30 days will be 2,190 KGS. Should the 4th extra number be added, the next subscription fee will be 2,490 KGS.

·  Calls to numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic: 2.8 KGS/min.

·  Sending SMS in Kyrgyzstan: 1.5 KGS/message.

·  Calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic: 4.99 KGS/min.

·       For each SIM card (the main one and 2 additional ones), the first 40 GB of mobile data are provided at the maximum possible speed throughout the 30 days following the subscription fee withdrawal, and then the data speed may be lowered;

·       Unlimited data traffic is provided at the maximum speed to the number used by the router;

·       To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal data traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment;

·       As the maximum-speed data package expires, all group members, whether the main SIM card holder or extra SIM card users, can activate Turbo Buttons with 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB of maximum-speed data and use them until the next subscription fee withdrawal. Turbo Button can be activated in the user’s Personal Account, My O! app, via web interface or using the following commands:

Turbo Button 1 GB: *735*1# (30 KGS);

Turbo Button 2 GB: *735*2# (50 KGS);

Turbo Button 5 GB: *735*5# (100 KGS);

Turbo Button 10 GB: *735*10# (150 KGS).

·       Once activated, Turbo Buttons are active until the first attempt of the next subscription fee withdrawal for the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan;

·       If more than one Turbo Buttons are activated at one time, their data volumes will be added;

·       Turbo Button cannot be turned off.

·       As part of the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan, the main number will have access to the O!TV Premium including over 200 TV channels. To watch your favorite channels, you only need to download the app on the AppStore (for iPhone or iPad) or Google PlayMarket (for Android) or sign in the http://www.otv.kg/ portal. Up to 5 family members can enjoy the service on different devices (such as TV set, tablet or phone) at the same time through the multiscreen feature! Find more about the O!TV service here;

·       The Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan is subject to monthly plan fee payment in amount of 1,890 KGS during 1 year*.

* 1 year consists of 12 paid periods. Penalty in amount of 2,500 KGS will be charged in case of early termination hereof or failure to pay the subscription fee for over 60 days.

  • Note! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

  • Cost of all outgoing calls shorter than 3 seconds in the Kyrgyz Republic is 0 KGS;

  • All incoming calls are toll-free except those from landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic to numbers with prefix 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per talk minute;

  • The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan activation as per the service terms described on the website;

  • The Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan subscribers may choose or replace numbers as per the My New Number service terms except for the number of the SIM card used by router;

  • If you use an additional service with fee withdrawn on a daily basis and your balance is below 1,890 KGS by the monthly fee withdrawal for the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan, access to the active additional service will be restricted however its fee will be withdrawn as per the active service’s terms. The service can be disabled at any time as per the service rules;

  • Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of international communication service provision;

  • When the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan is activated, the Whole World service will be enabled automatically and you can make low-cost international calls;

  • The roaming service is provided under the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan on terms as described on the website;

  • If the main number’s SIM card balance is insufficient by the monthly subscription fee withdrawal the available balance will be reserved as a part of the future subscription fee withdrawal and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance) and all mobile communication, O!TV and internet access services will be disabled except calls to toll-free emergency services. To resume mobile communication, O!TV and internet access services, the balance should be topped up by an amount sufficient for subscription fee withdrawal;

  • The Share Internet! service should be activated to use your smartphone as an internet access point;

  • To ensure continuous internet access, additional 1 GB package will be provided for 25 KGS upon the plan’s main data package expiry:
    ∙ The additional 1 GB data package is active until the first attempt to withdraw the plan fee. The unspent additional traffic will expire when the active period ends;
    ∙ The additional 1 GB internet package is provided immediately upon the plan’s main data package expiry. Once the additional 1 GB data package has expired, other additional data packages will be provided continuously subject to sufficient balance;
    ∙ Should the balance be below 25 KGS by the additional data package expiry, another additional 1 GB data package will not be provided;
    ∙ To restrict provision of additional 1 GB data packages, visit any Sales and Service Office or contact the help desk service: *707;
    ∙ The ban on additional 1 GB data packages can be lifted by dialing *745*1# or in the My O! app;
    ∙ Up to 5 additional data packages (1 GB for 25 KGS) can be activated within one day.

  • The following services cannot be activated on the Main Number and Additional Numbers when the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan is used: 5+5, Your Zero Daily, Your Unlimited, Your Zero! (7 Days), Your Zero 3, 6, 12!, and SUPERHYPE + YouTube.

  • If the data package is not spent fully on all group’s SIM cards within 30 days, the unspent traffic will expire upon the subscription fee withdrawal.

  • The plan price, monthly subscription fee, cost of adding/replacing an Additional Number and Turbo Button fees include all taxes. Other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax.

  • The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to numbers of other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

  • The amount of paid telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit.

Plan change conditions

·       For early change of the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan on the Main Number, the Main Number holder should visit any O! office or O!Store and pay the penalty in amount of 2,500 KGS to the O! office or O!Store cashier;

·       In case of the Main Number holder switching from the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan to another one available with the company, all unspent toll-free call minutes and MBs of data will expire. The previously paid subscription fee of the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan will not be refunded;

·       In case of the Main Number holder switching from the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan to any other one, a currently available plan of the Switch to O! line will be activated automatically on all Additional Numbers, and a currently available plan for routers and modems will be activated on the router’s number;

·       Should the Main Number remove any Additional Number from the group, the plan of such removed number will be changed to a currently available plan of the Switch to O! line;

·       If any Additional Number changes its Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan to any other one, all terms of the Vmeste Deshevle Premium plan will be deactivated automatically on such number and a new plan terms will be activated based on the current balance.
