• The plan is available throughout the country;

• The plan is available to all prepaid system subscribers;

• Cost of all outgoing calls shorter than 3 seconds inside the Kyrgyz Republic is 0 KGS;

• All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from Kyrgyz fixed-line numbers to O! numbers starting with 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute KGS per minute under the Smart Device 490 plans;

• Use My O! app and Personal Account to manage the plan. Access to your Personal Account is toll-free and granted under any balance;

• Outgoing calls to landline numbers are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute under the Smart Device 140/280 plans and 5.99 KGS per minute under the Smart Device 490 plans, except for outgoing calls to х-хх and +996-312-92-7х-хх of the State Company Kyrgyz Temir Jolu which are charged at 7.49 KGS per minute;

• The amount of paid telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit.

• SMS to all mobile networks in Kyrgyz Republic: 1.5 KGS per message;

• Calls inside the O! network: 1.18 KGS;

• Calls to mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic: 2.8 KGS;

• When the Smart Device plan is activated, the Voice Mail service is enabled automatically;

• Smart Device plan subscribers may choose or replace numbers as per the My New Number service terms;

• If your current balance is below 50/490 KGS by the subscription fee withdrawal the plan period will not be extended and standard billing will apply;

• Outgoing calls and SMS are available on international communication service terms;

• The Whole World service is activated automatically upon activation of SIM card with or switching to the Smart Device plan. This service enables low-cost international calls;

• If the internet traffic and/or SMS and/or minute package is not spent fully within 30 days, the unspent SMS, minutes and MBs will expire upon the subscription fee withdrawal automatic package renewal;

• In case of switching from the Smart Device plan to another one available with the company, all unspent SMS, minutes and MBs of internet will expire. The previously paid subscription fee of the Smart Device plan will not be refunded;

• To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal internet traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment;

• The subscription fee includes all taxes. Other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax;

• The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.
