The service activation is available to all O! subscribers.

The first service activation is free. New activations are charged at 20 KGS each (all taxes included).

The service is provided free of charge (no daily fee) for the first 10 days upon its first activation so that you can appraise it. After that, the Paid Period will be activated automatically.

Paid Period: the subscription fee is 3 KGS per day.

The service will resume in full as soon as the balance is topped up subject to balance equal to or more than 3 KGS.

Up to 10 search requests can be sent every day free of charge.

Additional 10 search requests are charged at 3 KGS.

The fee for SMS to the short code 7898: 0 KGS.

Up to 5 messages “Attention! I am here!” can be sent every day. The message “Attention! I am here!” fee is 0 KGS.

The fee for access to the map showing location of your loved ones is 0 KGS.

All the prices shown include VAT and do not include sales tax. Subscriber location search radius is as follows:

• 250-500 m in Bishkek

• 500-800 m in cities and other large settlements

• 1,000-3,000 m in rural areas

You will receive the SMS: WHERE ARE THE KIDS? 10 days free of charge, 3 KGS per day afterwards

Subscription
To activate the service, press 1 and Call. If activation is successful, you will receive an SMS from number 7898 with successful activation notification.

Locating your child:
To find out your child location, you will need his/her consent to search.

The following steps should be made:

1. Dial *7898# and then Call to see the service menu.

2. Enter My Kids and choose Add Number

3. Enter your child’s number and press call. Your child will receive an SMS from number 7898 with request to allow you to fix his/her position. The child will need to reply to the SMS by entering the text given in the SMS received.

4. To decline the request for consent to search, the child can just ignore the SMS received. In such a case, the child will not receive repeated requests from you.

5. The number of the child consenting to location search will be added automatically to the lists My Kids, Find, Automatic Search, and.

To start using the service, dial 7898#, and then enter Find and choose the number to find the specific child or choose the option Where are the Kids? to find all the children on the list.

Search request limits
The number of search requests is unlimited.

Automatic child search
10 a.m. is set as the default time for automatic search for every child. You can set any time you want on your own. To set specific days and time for daily automatic search dial *7898# call, enter Automatic Search, choose the child’s number and Setup option. Automatic search for a child can be launched up to 7 times a day.

Search request reply format
If search is successful, you will receive an SMS with the child’s position (in Russian) and map link.

Internet traffic is provided free of charge for the map reading.

If the child is out of the network coverage area or the child’s phone is off at the search request time, you will receive the following SMS: Unable to search. The child <70YYYYYYY> is out of the network coverage area or the child phone is off. Try again later. Where are the Kids? service *7898#. Tel.:769

Managing the list of numbers authorized to request child search
You can also see who else can track your child’s location.

To see the list of numbers authorized to fix the child’s location, dial *7898# call, enter the item, «Authorized to See where the Kids are» and choose the child’s number.

The child can also check whom he/she authorized to seek him/her by dialing *7898*1# call and entering the item «Authorized to See where I am».

Prohibiting a subscriber from finding the child’s location
The child can restrict the fixing of his/her position by dialing *7898*1# call, entering the item “Authorized to See where I am”, and choosing the number and Delete option.

Sending the message “Attention! I am here!”
The child can inform his/her family members on his/her location free of charge using the special message “Attention! I am here!”.

To send the message, the child will need to dial *7898*1# call and choose the “Attention! I am here!” item. An SMS indicating the child’s current position will be sent immediately to all subscribers authorized to request search.

Giving name to child’s number
You can give the child’s number an easy to remember designation or name such “son/daughter” or “Almaz/Asema”. To give a name, an SMS with <NAME> should be sent from the child’s number. As the name is successfully awarded, each subscriber authorized to request the child search will be notified accordingly by an SMS from number 7898.

Language change
To switch between service languages, dial *7898# call, enter Control-> Change language. The service is available in Kyrgyz, Russian and English.

Service deactivation
To deactivate the service, dial *7898# call, and enter Control and Deactivation.
