Subscription fee: 3 KGS per day (VAT included, sales tax not included).

  • The service is available to all O! subscribers.

  • To deactivate subscription to the service, dial 7575, choose Subscription Manager and follow the instructions given by the autoinformer.

  • Calls to short code 7575 are toll-free.

  • The maximum duration of calls to short code 7575 is 60 minutes a day. If this limit is exceeded, the access to the service is suspended until the current day end.

  • If your balance is insufficient (below 3 KGS) by the fee withdrawal, the service will be suspended. The service will resume as soon as the balance is topped up by an amount equal to or more than 3 KGS.

  • If you do not use the service for 90 calendar days, such service will be deactivated automatically on the 91st day subject to prior SMS notice to avoid undesired fee withdrawal when the balance is topped up.

  • By calling to short code 7575 you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these service terms.
