  • If your balance is insufficient (below 2 KGS) by the fee withdrawal, the service will be suspended. The service will resume as soon as the balance is topped up by an amount equal to or more than 2 KGS.

  • The maximum duration of calls to short code 4040 is 60 minutes a day. If this limit is exceeded, the access to the service is suspended until the current day end.

  • To deactivate subscription to the service, dial 4040, choose Subscription Manager and follow the instructions given by the autoinformer.

  • If you do not use the service for 90 calendar days, such service will be deactivated automatically on the 91st day subject to prior SMS notice to avoid undesired fee withdrawal when the balance is topped up.

  • By calling to short code 4040 you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these service terms.
