Thanks to the ZvonOK! service you can choose and activate tunes and funny jokes to be played to those calling you instead of regular dialing tones.

Thousands of favorite tunes, jokes, pieces of movies and animated films, and voices of well-known political persons and artists. Anyone who is calling you will hear the tune you want.

You can choose a tune or joke both for all subscribers or specific Selected Number or turn off the Jukebox service.

Service fees
Activation: 0 KGS.

Subscription fee: 1.99 KGS per day. The fee will be first withdrawn in 3 days following the service activation. 

If your balance is insufficient by the fee withdrawal (balance below 1.99 KGS), the service will be suspended. As the balance is topped up by 1.99 or more KGS, the service will resume.

Tune order fees by category

1st category – 19 KGS;

2nd category – 39 KGS;

3rd category – 49 KGS;

4th category – 79 KGS.

All the prices shown include VAT and do not include sales tax.

To activate the service dial *800#. Once the service is activated, the dialing tone will be replaced by a standard free tune. You can buy a tune upon activation. The tune you have bought will be added to your Individual List automatically.

Buying a tune
Once you have bought a tune you can use it for an unlimited period while using the ZvonOK! service and until the service is deactivated. To buy a tune you like dial *800*tune code#.

Setting tunes from the Individual List

Once bought, the tune is added to your Individual List of the ZvonOK! service and you can manage it: set the tune as default, add to the Jukebox or set for a selected Number.

To set a tune from the Individual List as default dial *800*1*tune code here# on your phone.

The tune can be replaced by another one using the command for setting a tune as default.

Removing a tune from the Individual List

You can remove any tune from the Individual List by dialing *800*0*tune code#call. The tune will be removed irrevocably.

The operator has the right to exclude specific tunes from the list of those available to subscribers as part of the ZvonOK! service subject to at least 10 calendar days prior notice and publishing the list on its website: www.o.kg. Should the subscriber fail to replace the removed tune with any other available one within the 10-day notice period, the operator may set a standard tune designated by the operator as such until the subscriber sets another tune. Subscribers are expected to track the list of removed tunes on the website www.o.kg.

Checking the service status and receiving the Individual List of tunes

You can at any time check the current status of the ZvonOK! service and retrieve the list of tunes included in your Individual List by dialing the service command *800*9#. The list of tunes will be sent to you by SMS.

SMS guidelines

You can receive the SMS guidelines for the ZvonOK! service that you can use then at any time. To do so, you need to dial the service command *800*8#.

Service deactivation

You can deactivate the ZvonOK! service by dialing *800*0#. Your profile, Individual List of tunes and rules set will be saved for 30 days following the service deactivation. As the said period expires, your profile will be removed irrevocably. In case of the phone number change, the profile is only saved if the ZvonOK! service is active.

If you do not use the service for 90 calendar days, such service will be deactivated automatically on the 91st day subject to prior SMS notice to avoid undesired fee withdrawal when the balance is topped up.

Jukebox

Jukebox is an extra feature of the ZvonOK! service that enables random play of the tunes added to the Jukebox from your Individual List to everyone who may call you. Different tunes will play at every call except those from the Selected Numbers for which you set specific tunes.

To enable the jukebox, dial the service command *801#. The Jukebox can only be enabled if there are tunes added to the Jukebox from your Individual List.

Adding tunes to the Jukebox

By adding a tune to the Jukebox you make such tune playable by the Jukebox while the tune is not moved from the Individual List to the Jukebox. To add a tune to the Jukebox dial *801*tune code#. 

Attention! Tunes are added to the Jukebox from the Individual List. The tune shown by the tune code in the command is supposed to be included in your Individual List. Dial *800*9# to see the tunes on your Individual List.

Removing tunes from the Jukebox

By removing a tune from the Jukebox you disable the playing of such tune by the Jukebox. Such tune will not be removed from your Individual List. You can remove any tune from your Jukebox by dialing *801*0*tune code#.  

Checking the Jukebox feature status and retrieving the tune list

You can at any time check the current status of the Jukebox feature and retrieve the list of tunes included in your Jukebox by dialing the service command *801*9#. The list of tunes will be sent to you by SMS.

You can receive the SMS guidelines for the Jukebox management that you can use then at any time. To do so, you need to dial the service command *801*8# on your phone.

Disabling the Jukebox

Once the Jukebox is disabled, the tune that you set as default before enabling the Jukebox will be played to subscribers calling you. To disable the Jukebox feature dial *801*0# on your phone.

Selected Numbers

The Selected Numbers feature is an extra one within the ZvonOK! service enabling you to set a specific tune from your Individual List to be played to a specific subscriber. The Jukebox rules do not apply to the Selected Numbers feature. You can also set a standard dialing tone for any of the Selected Numbers. To set a tune for a Selected Number, dial the service command *802*tune code*phone number#call. 

The tune will be replaced by a new one through the tune setting command. The tune/tune code that you set for a Selected Number should be one included in your Individual List. Use the command *800*9#c to see what tunes are on your Individual List. 

 

Attention! Phone numbers entered should start with 0. Example: you want to set a tune for the subscriber with number 0 700 123456. To do so dial *802*tune code*0700123456#call.

Setting a standard dialing tone for a Selected Number

You can set a standard dialing tone for a specific Selected Number. It means that everyone else calling you will hear the tune set as default or those played by the Jukebox, while the said Selected Number will hear standard dialing tone.

To set a standard dialing tone for a Selected Number dial *802*1*phone number#call on your phone. The tune will be replaced with a new one by the command for setting a tune as default.

Attention! The phone number should be full and start with 0. Example: you want to set a standard dialing tone for the subscriber with number 0 700 123456. To do so dial *802*1*0700123456#.

Disabling the Selected Number rules

Once the Selected Number rules are disabled, the general rules of the ZvonOK! service (i.e. a tune set as default or one from the Jukebox) will apply to the subscriber.

To disable the Selected Number rule dial *802*0*phone number#call.

Checking Selected Numbers and retrieving their list with tunes set

You can at any time retrieve the Selected Numbers list with tunes set for them by dialing the service command *802*9#. The Selected Numbers list with tunes will be sent to you by SMS.

  • From what moment on is outgoing call charged to the calling subscriber?
    From the time the called user answers. The calling subscriber does not pay for the time when the ZvonOK! tune is playing.

  • What tune is set as default when the ZvonOK! service is activated?
    The O! tune.

  • Can I upload my tune?
    No, it is impossible.

  • When can regular dialing tones play instead of tunes?
    If you enabled call forwarding to another number or if you are using roaming. The ZvonOK! service is not available in roaming

  • Will the user calling me hear a tune if I am already talking to another calling person (when the Call Waiting service is enabled)?
    No, the person whose call is put on a hold will hear a standard dialing tone.

  • Is a tune use period limited? How long can a selected tune be used?
    You can use a tune until you remove it or until the ZvonOK! service is deactivated and your profile is removed. Your profile will be saved for 30 days following the service deactivation. If the service is activated again within the said period all your tunes and settings of the ZvonOK! service will be restored automatically.

  • How many tunes can be included in the user’s Individual List?
    Up to 200 tunes.

  • When do Jukebox tunes start to play?
    As soon as the Jukebox feature is enabled the Jukebox tunes start playing randomly.

  • Where are the Individual List tunes stored?
    The tunes are stored in the ZvonOK! service system. No tunes provided by the ZvonOK! service are saved on your phone.

  • May I set a tune included in my Individual List as my phone’s ringtone?
    No. The tunes you have bought to replace the dialing tone can only be used for the ZvonOK! service.

  • How to deactivate the service?
    To activate the ZvonOK! Service dial *800*0# on your phone.

  • For how long will my profile (Individual List and settings) be saved after the service is deactivated?
    For 30 days. As this period expires your profile will be removed irrevocably.

  • What will happen to the service if my balance is insufficient to pap the service fee?
    The service will be blocked and the users calling you will hear a standard dialing tone. Your profile will be removed irrevocably unless the fee is paid within 30 days.
