The IP Call service is only available to customers in Osh, Jalal-Abad, and Batken regions of Kyrgyzstan.

To use the service, make an outgoing call to Russia through USSD command *1# or *2# before dialing the number.

*1#7(network code) (mobile phone number)

When using the IP Call service, you DO NOT need to enter “+” or “00” before the number of the person you are calling.

Sample dialing: *1#7920ххххххх«call» and *2#7920ххххххх«call».

The price of calls made through the IP Call service is 20.99 KGS per minute.

The prices include VAT, not the sales tax.

International call time round-off: 1 minute.

In case of unintended or intended acts made by user through the IP Call service and resulting in excessive data traffic generation, as well as where illegal voice traffic termination is found, the O! mobile operator will have the right to suspend the service provision to such user.
