• The service is available to all O! subscribers throughout the Kyrgyz Republic, everywhere where internet is available, on all plans except the following: Money-saving Unlimited 4G for 30/60/90/360 Days, Internet and TV for a Year, Alga Internet, Internet 40 GB, Home Internet, Internet+, Alga Internet + O!TV.

• The service is only available subject to balance sufficient for daily subscription fee payment. Should the balance be insufficient, the service will be suspended.

• Once the balance is topped by the fee amount the service will resume.

• The RizaNova is available for activation with O!TV Basic, O!TV Standard or O!TV Premium package as well as with O!Kino or O!Kino Premium package and with services such as AMEDIATEKA, START, WINK, PREMIER, and ETHNOMEDIA.

• The service provision quality depends on the data transfer rate: at least 300 Kbps rate is required

• The internet traffic used for the RizaNova service is not billed but spent from the main internet package

• In case of switching to another plan while the RizaNova service is active, automatic switching with the service fee withdrawal is available

• The contents of the RizaNova service is provided by the RizaNova online streaming service through Lifestream LLC and NUR Telecom LLC.
