The service is available to all O! subscribers throughout the Kyrgyz Republic, everywhere where internet is available, on all plans except the following: Money-saving Unlimited 4G for 30/60/90/360 Days, Internet and TV for a Year, Alga Internet, Internet 40 GB, Home Internet, Internet+, Alga Internet + O!TV.
The service is only available subject to balance sufficient for daily subscription fee payment. Should the balance be insufficient, the service will be suspended. Once the balance is topped by the fee amount the service will resume.
The Start service can be activated with one of the packages: O!TV Basic, O!TV Standard or O!TV Premium, O!Kino or O!Kino Premium, as well as with the Amediateka Etnomedia, Premier, WINK services.
The service provision quality depends on the data transfer rate: at least 300 Kbps rate is required.
The internet traffic used for the START service is not billed but spent from the main internet package (if the current plan includes one);
In case of switching to another plan while the Start service is active, automatic switching with the service fee withdrawal is available;
The Start service contents are provided by the Start video streaming service via technical resources of the NUR Telecom LLC and Dias TV LLC.
