How to get the number copy?

1. Find out if a copy of the number you want is available by dialing the system number:

0 500 000 500 (call charged as per your plan).

2. Visit any O! Sales and service office with the passport.

Whom is this service available to?

The service is available both to O! subscribers and to those of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic:

• Any of the following codes is available to subscribers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic: 500, 501, 502, 504, 505, 507, 508, 509;

• O! network users can only get a similar number with code 500.

What if number copies with all codes are already occupied?

If copies of your number have already been taken by someone else you can always buy any other one of the category Standard, VIP, Gold, Silver or Platinum as provided by the My New Number service.

How much does it cost to change the number?

The number change with the Welcome! service is charged as follows based on the new number category:
