The Pause service enables temporary blocking of access to outgoing* calls and SMS and to the internet service.

• Activation fee: 0 KGS

• Subscription fee: 10 KGS per day

Service details:

The Pause service can be activated and deactivated:

• in the My O! app;

• at any sales and service office of the company (you can find their addresses here);

The fee is withdrawn upon the first service activation and then at 00:00 every day.

If the balance is insufficient to extend the service period, the service will be suspended.

The Pause service is available on all prepaid plans except the Save the Number plan.

By activating the service, the user agrees that terms and conditions of his/her current plan and active services remain active.

Corporate users can request information on activating the Pause service from their supervisors.

Should the current plan be changed to any other one on which the service is available, the service will remain active.

The prices include all taxes.
