SIM card renewal or replacement

Every registered O! subscriber may renew a damaged, blocked or lost SIM card. You need to visit an O! sales and service office to renew a SIM card.

For individuals:

1. If number registration is linked to the subscriber’s passport, we can renew such number upon submission of one of the following documents:

  • passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic – ID card (introduced in 2004)

  • passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic – ID card (introduced in 2017 as biometrical passport)

  • international passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic

  • military card (for army conscripts with their passports seized)

  • officer’s ID (active servicemen with their passports seized)

  • pensioner ID

  • driver license.

2. If registration is not linked to the passport, SIM card can only be renewed upon passport submission.

For legal entities:

  • Legal entity’s letter indicating the number of SIM cards, with corporate seal and CEO signature;

  • Letter of Attorney issued to the legal entity representative;

  • Passport or copy of passport of the legal entity representative.
