
SIM card renewal or replacement
Every registered O! subscriber may renew a damaged, blocked or lost SIM card. You need to visit an O! sales and service office to renew a SIM card.
For individuals:
1. If number registration is linked to the subscriber’s passport, we can renew such number upon submission of one of the following documents:
passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic – ID card (introduced in 2004)
passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic – ID card (introduced in 2017 as biometrical passport)
international passport of a citizen of the Kyrgyz Republic
military card (for army conscripts with their passports seized)
officer’s ID (active servicemen with their passports seized)
pensioner ID
driver license.
2. If registration is not linked to the passport, SIM card can only be renewed upon passport submission.
For legal entities:
Legal entity’s letter indicating the number of SIM cards, with corporate seal and CEO signature;
Letter of Attorney issued to the legal entity representative;
Passport or copy of passport of the legal entity representative.
