Stay in touch at all times!

You will never miss an important call even if you are busy, unable to answer, out of network coverage area or your phone is off.
All incoming calls will be recorded to your personal voice mail box and you can listen to them at any time you can. 

  • The messages you have listened to are stored in the voice mail box for 90 days following the call receipt to the individual voice mail box on the service platform.

  • The messages you have not listened to are stored in the voice mail box for 7 days following the call receipt to the individual voice mail box on the service platform.

The maximum number of any voice messages saved in the mail box is 30. As this limit is reached, no new messages will be recorded and stored.

Listening to messages and setting up the individual voice mail box

To listen to, and manage, voice messages (save, delete), and setup the individual voice mail box, dial *790 and follow the voice guide. The fee is charged as for calls inside the O! network.

The Voice Mail service is unavailable when the Call Forward service is active. To resume the service, dial ##002# to disable all types of call forwarding.

When in roaming, the subscriber’s calls to the personal voice mail box (to listen to voice messages or control the voice mail box) are charged as calls made in roaming to the home network, and the holder of the voice mail box also pays for incoming messages as per the roaming plan rates.

If you do not want to bear such costs you can temporarily block the Voice Mail service.
