Call waiting

Do not miss important calls!

With the Call Waiting service, you can never miss an important call even when you are talking to another person! A special tone will inform you on another call so that you can choose whom to talk to first and then keep talking with one person or another.

You can only put on standby one connection at a time. The subscriber will hear a tune when waiting.

How to use the service?

If your receive another one call when talking to another person, you can:

  • ignore the tone and continue conversation;

  • end the current conversation and receive the new call;

  • if you want to switch to the call currently on standby, press the Accept Call button or dial “1” and call;

  • if you need to call to the second calling person without discontinuing the previous conversation, dial the phone number and press the Call button.

Putting a call on a hold and calling the other person

you are having a connected call;

  • enter the phone number of the person you want to talk to and press the Call button;

  • if your call is not answered or line is busy get back to the call put on a hold by dialing “1” and pressing the Call button;

  • if the other call is connected and you want to switch between two talks, the Call button or dial “2” and then press the Call button;

  • if you want to switch to the call put on a hold while having another connected call, press the Call button or dial “1” and then press the Call button.
