The Call Forward service enables you to redirect all incoming calls to another phone whether mobile, fixed-line, trunk or long-distance. You will miss no call even if you forgot your mobile phone at home or it is discharged! The service is provided free of charge. The service period is unlimited.

The Call Forward service enables you to redirect all incoming calls to another phone whether mobile, fixed-line, trunk or long-distance.
You will miss no call even if you forgot your mobile phone at home or it is discharged!
You can set up call forwarding in your phone menu or by entering special commands.
Types of call forwarding:
All incoming calls
The phone of the person you are calling is off
The phone of the person you are calling is out of the network service area
The phone of the person you are calling does not answer
The line is busy
The phone number is entered as follows for call forwarding:
For networks in the Kyrgyz Republic: in a 10-digit format (0700123456) or international format (+996700123456)
For networks outside the Kyrgyz Republic: international format only (+19161234567…)
When the Call Forward service is active, the redirected calls are charged based on the outgoing call rates as per your plan.
You can always check the service status, i. e. whether the service is active or not, and, if yes, the number to which all incoming calls are redirected. You can also disable all call forwarding.
Control commands
Call forwarding:
«immediate” – unconditional redirection of all calls: **21*phone number#
«busy” – redirecting if you are already talking to another person at that time: **67*phone number#
«no reply” – redirecting if you do not answer the call: **61*phone number#
«out of reach” – redirecting when you are out of the network coverage area or your phone is off: **62*phone number#
Disable all call forwarding: ##002#
Cancel specific types of call forwarding:
“immediate” – unconditional redirection of all calls: ##21#
“busy” – redirecting if you are already talking to another person at that time: ##67#
“no reply” – redirecting if you do not answer the call: ##61#
“out of reach” – redirecting when you are out of the network coverage area or your phone is off: ##62#
