
Good faith payment
Use the Good Faith Payment service when you need an urgent call or other services and your balance is insufficient.
Once you have chosen to use the Good Faith Payment service you will immediately be enabled to use services within your plan on the condition of the limit in amount of 50, 100, 150 or 200 KGS, whichever you will choose.

The possibility of activating the Good Faith Payment service and the volume of the services to be provided depend on how actively (active use of mobile communication, number of times the balance was topped up) and for how long you have been using the network;
Only 1 Good Faith Payment is granted at one time. The next Good Faith Payment can only be activated as soon as the service is paid for and the cost of the services previously provided is covered;
Good Faith Payment can be activated irrespectively of the current balance;
You can use the Good Faith Payment service immediately after the command is dialed subject to previously activated Good Faith Payment and Autopay services being inactive;
The Good Faith Payment service extends to all types of services available under the currently active plan;
The limit amount provided under the activated Good Faith Payment service cannot be monetized for use in the O!Dengi mobile wallet*;
The service is active:
- for 3 days following activation. If you do not use the Good Faith Payment service within three (3) days, the service will be cancelled and the limit not provided;
- until the balance is topped up sufficiently.
As soon as your balance is topped up, the limit amount you chose (50, 100, 150 or 200 KGS) will be deducted and the Good Faith Payment service fee (10, 20, 25 or 30 KGS respectively) charged. If the balance is insufficient, the limit of services used will be covered first and then the service fee charged;
The Good Faith Payment cannot be activated if the Autopay service is active or in roaming;
Should the current plan is changed to any one of the listed below the service will remain active;
The Good Faith Payment service can be used all over the Kyrgyz Republic by all subscribers, whether on prepaid or postpaid (individual) service systems, except those with the following plans: Saving Unlimited 4G for 30/60/90/360 days, Internet and TV for 1 Year, Alga Internet, Internet 40 GB, Home Internet, Internet+, and Alga Internet + O!TV.
