With the Pay Later service, you can use internet and communication services even when your balance is zero KGS and pay later.
The service is helpful when you cannot top up your account balance but need internet and calls right now.

Fee:

1 GB + calls within the O! network – 24 hours: 20 KGS
3 GB + calls within the O! network – 72 hours: 50 KGS.

The fee is only withdrawn from your balance when the service period expires. If the balance is less than the fee, the amount available will be withdrawn as a part of the outstanding service fee. The fee shown above includes all taxes.

Activate 3 GB + calls within the O! network – 72 hours: *108*2#

The service can be activated with any balance and regardless of whether the plan fee is paid or not;
The possibility of activating the service depends on how actively and for how long the user has been using the network;
Only one service (Activate 1 GB + calls within the O! network – 24 hours or Activate 3 GB + calls within the O! network – 72 hours) can be activated at a time. Another activation of the service is available if there is no outstanding service fee;
The service can be used all over the Kyrgyz Republic by all prepaid system subscribers except those with the following plans:
The service is not available in roaming as well as when the Good Faith Payment or Autopay service is active;
Toll-free calls inside the O! network for this service are available on a daily basis as follows: 40 minutes 17:00:00 to 23:59:59; 140 minutes 00:00:00 toо 16:59:59.
Afterwards, the calls within the O! network are charged as per standard terms of your plan including those of specific service or promos which are currently active
