Communication has been improved at the Manas airport, Orusai recreation camp, and Altyn-Ken company facilities.

In Jalal-Abad region, the 4G network has become even more accessible in Jalal-Abad, Bazar-Korgon, Toktogul, Kochkor-Ata, Kerben and over 30 villages including Aigyr-Jal, Alma, Aral, Blagoveshchenka, Jany-Bazar, Jazgak, Jar-Kyshtak, Joon-Kungoy, Katar-Jangak, Kara-Bashat, Kedey-Aryk, Komsomol, Kotormo, Kurulush, Kyzyl-Kyrgyzstan, Kyzyl-Ozgoryush, Massy, Mombekovo, Olon-Bulak, Sasyk-Bulak, Semet, Sary-Talaa, Taran-Bazar, Tash-Bulak, Tengi, Torkent and Kuibyshev.

In Naryn region, the network has been upgraded in the villages Kulanak and Tyugel-Sai, as well as at the Kulanak hydropower plant. In Osh region, the coverage has been improved in Osh and Nookat, and in the villages Karanay, Kurshab, Aryk-Boyu, Jaiylma, Myrza-Ake, Kyrgyz-Chek, Mamajan, Dyikan-Kyshtak, Zarbalik, Japalak, Aravan and Otuz-Adyr, and, in Batken region, in the villages Jash-Tilek and Ondorush.
