Pre-paid cards

The O! network offers its subscribers to use pre-paid cards to top up their balances or those of their family members or friends.

Pre-paid card denominations include 100 KGS and 200 KGS.

The pre-paid card serial number consists of 16 digits and is written against the card’s secret code protective cover.

Pre-paid card upload

Carefully scratch off the secret code protective cover. Enter the following command on your mobile phone: *101* pre-paid card’s secret code#.

Upon successful card upload, you will receive a message on your account balance top-up with respective amount. As the pre-paid card is uploaded, your balance will be topped up with the amount equal to the card denomination.

Uploading pre-paid card to top-up another O! subscriber’s balance

You can use your phone to top up another O! subscriber’s balance by uploading a pre-paid card. To do that, enter the following command: *101*pre-paid card secret code * phone number# (phone number should consist of 10 digits).

Example: *101*1234567890*0700123456#

Upon successful card upload, you and the subscriber to whom the card is uploaded will be notified accordingly. As the pre-paid card is uploaded, the subscriber’s balance will be topped up with the amount equal to the card denomination.

Attention! When buying the card, make sure the protective cover is not damaged. Do not tell the pre-paid card secret code to people you do not know.

Pre-paid card upload blocking

If you enter incorrect secret code for your pre-paid card 5 consecutive times, the pre-paid card upload will be blocked for your phone.

The pre-paid card unblocking service is provided free of charge. To unblock the pre-paid card upload, contact the help desk to leave a message.

Attention! Only pre-paid card upload feature is blocked. You can still top up balance with cash.

Note: If the pre-paid card upload is blocked for the subscriber, another O! network user can top up such subscriber’s balance via the other user’s mobile phone.
