Autopay

Service is not available to subscribers of the following plans:

• pre-paid plans: My Unlimited, My Unlimited for 90 Days, My Unlimited for 180 Days, Smartphone S, Smartphone M, Smartphone L, Save the Number.

• post-paid plans: Alga Internet + О!TV, Internet Plus, Internet Plus SMS, Internet, M2M, Online Tablet, Online Modem, My Unlimited, My Unlimited for 90 Days, My Unlimited for 180 Days.

• To receive money as part of the Autopay service, the subscriber should activate the service in advance. Service activation fee is 20 KGS. Further activations of the Autopay service are free of charge.

• Once the service is activated, the subscriber’s balance will be topped automatically with the autopay in amount of 20 KGS when the balance falls below 1 KGS.

• To repay the autopay amount, the balance should be topped up by at least 25 KGS where 20 KGS will be used to repay the amount previously put on the subscriber’s balance through the Autopay service, and 5 KGS will be paid as the Autopay service fee.

• The Autopay service is unavailable unless the subscriber repaid the previous autopay amount.

• If the subscriber tops up the account with an amount less than 25 KGS to repay the autopay amount, such top-up amount will be withdrawn from the account as a part of the autopay repayment.

• Once autopay amount is received the subscriber may use the money within 2 days upon which the unspent money will be withdrawn from the balance for autopay repayment.

• In case of switching to another plan, the Autopay service remains active.

• All prices include VAT, but not the sales tax.
