You can buy the set and activate the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan at any O!Store.

The start price for the set is 5,290 KGS including 3,500 KGS as the router price. Further subscription fee will be withdrawn in amount of 1,790 per 30 days.

Prerequisite:

A 1-year contract should be signed and monthly subscription fee paid in amount of 1,790 KGS for the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan*.

The Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 set consists of 4 SIM cards:

1. The main SIM card (1) should be used in a phone. This is the SIM card from which the monthly subscription fee will be paid and additional numbers managed.

2. The SIM card for router (1) should be used in the router supplied with the set for internet access. It is only with the SIM card supplied in the set that the router can operate correctly.

3. Two additional SIM cards (2) are to be used in phones. These SIM cards may be given to family members.

Up to 2 extra SIM cards can be added to the group depending on the number of family members: the group set may include up to 6 SIM cards including the one used by the router. One number provided within the basic set (other than the one used for the router) may be replaced with an existing one free of charge upon the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan activation. 300 KGS will be charged for every further number replacement. 300 KGS will also be charged for adding a new number to the basic set. The User shall pay separately each extra number fee (if applicable). Should the Main Number add the 3rd extra number to the group, the next subscription fee will be withdrawn in amount of 2,090 KGS for 30 days. Should the Main Number add the 4th extra number to the group, the next subscription fee will be withdrawn in amount of 2,390 KGS for 30 days.

• Calls to numbers of other mobile operators in the Kyrgyz Republic: 2.8 KGS per minute.

• SMS in Kyrgyzstan: 1.5 KGS per message.

• Calls to landline numbers in the Kyrgyz Republic: 4.99 KGS per minute.

• The first 30 GB of mobile data are provided to each SIM card (the Main and the 2 additional ones) at the maximum speed available following the subscription fee withdrawal; after that, the mobile data speed may be reduced;

• The data for the router number is provided at the maximum speed, without any traffic limitation;

• To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal data traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i. e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment.

• Once the maximum-speed data package expires, all the group members including the Main SIM card holder and the 2 additional SIM card holders may activate Turbo Buttons with 1 GB, 2 GB, 5 GB or 10 GB data to continue using maximum-speed mobile data until the next subscription fee withdrawal. Turbo Buttons can be activated in the Personal Account, via the web interface or by dialing the following commands:

1 GB Turbo Button: – *735*1# (30 KGS);

2 GB Turbo Button: – *735*2# (50 KGS);

5 GB Turbo Button: – *735*5# (100 KGS);

10 GB Turbo Button:– *735*10# (150 KGS).

• Turbo Button active period: until the next withdrawal of the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan fee.

• The data traffic of several Turbo Buttons activated simultaneously will be added.

• Turbo Buttons cannot be deactivated.

• The Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan includes the O!TV Premium package for the Main Number which contains over 200 TV channels.

• Attention! Telecom services are unavailable if the SIM card is not registered. If you fail to register your number within 30 days following the SIM card activation, as per the plan terms, guaranteed number reservation will be available to you for 20 KGS per day, including all taxes, and you can register the number during such reservation period. If the account balance is below 20 KGS, the provider may provide the service to the extent equivalent to the balance. In case of zero balance, your number will be disabled and SIM card deactivated;

• Fee for up to 3 sec of any outgoing call in the Kyrgyz Republic: 0 KGS;

• All incoming calls are toll-free except those made from Kyrgyz fixed-line numbers to O! numbers starting with 705 which are charged at 4.99 KGS per minute;

• The Voice Mail service is activated automatically upon activation of the Switch to Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan;

• Users of the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan can choose numbers or replace them as per terms of the My New Number service, except for the Router’s SIM card;

• If you use an additional service with fee withdrawn on a daily basis and your balance is below 1,790 KGS by the monthly fee withdrawal for the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan, access to the active additional service will be restricted however its fee will be withdrawn as per the active service’s terms. The service can be disabled at any time as per the service rules;

• Outgoing international calls and SMS are available on terms of provision of long-distance communication services;

• The Whole World service enabling low-cost long-distance calls is activated automatically upon the activation of a SIM card with the plan or switching to the plan Vmeste Deshevle 1.1;

• If the Main SIM Card’s balance is insufficient by the subscription fee withdrawal time, the balance will be reserved as part of subscription fee and the missing amount will be displayed in balance with “-“ (negative balance), and all incoming calls, O!TV and internet services will be disabled except calls to toll-free emergency numbers. To resume telecom, O!TV and internet services, balance should be topped up to the amount sufficient for the subscription fee withdrawal;

• Up to 32 devices such as home TV set, smartphones, laptops, and others can be connected to the router via Wi-Fi at the same time. All your guests can connect to Wi-Fi;

• You should use the Share Internet! service so that the smartphone can be used as an internet access point (modem mode) for other devices;

• To ensure continuous access to internet, additional 1 GB package charged at 20 KGS will be provided upon the expiry of that provided under the plan:

• The additional 1 GB package is provided immediately after the main package provided under the plan is used. Upon the 1 GB package expiry another one will be given again subject to sufficient balance;

• If the balance is below 20 KGS when the main package expires, the 1 GB additional package will not be provided;

• Subscriber may ban provision of additional 1 GB internet packages by contacting any Sales and Service Office or calling to Help Desk Line number *707; Ban on additional 1 GB packages can be cancelled in the My O! app or by entering the command: *745*1#;

  The daily number of allowed additional packages (1 GB for 20 KGS) is limited to 5.

• If the data traffic package is not spent fully on router and all SIM cards within 30 days, the unspent traffic will expire upon the subscription fee withdrawal. The set price, monthly subscription fee, cost of adding/replacing an extra number and Turbo Button fees include all taxes. Other service fees include VAT but not the sales tax.

• The billing interval for outgoing calls inside the O! network and outgoing calls to other operators in the Kyrgyz Republic is 10 seconds.

• The amount of paid telecom services provided is limited by the balance required to pay for the minimum billing unit.

• The Main Number may switch from the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan early provided that the Main Number holder visits any O! office or O!Store and pay the penalty in amount of 2,500 KGS in cash to the cashier of such O! office or O!Store;

• In case of switching from the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan to any other one available with the company by the Main Number holder, all the unspent minutes and data MBs will expire, and the money previously withdrawn as the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan fee will not be refunded;

• Should the Main Number holder switch from the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan to another one, all Additional Numbers will be connected to a current Switch to O! line plan with the least subscription fee, and the router will be connected to a current plan for routers and modems with the least subscription fee;

• Should the Main Number holder remove any Additional Number, such removed number will be automatically connected to a current Switch to O! line plan with the least subscription fee;

• Should any Additional Number switch from the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan to any other one, all terms of the Vmeste Deshevle 1.1 plan will be deactivated on such Additional Number and those of the newly activated plan will be enabled based on the current balance.
