SUPERHYPE + YouTube terms and conditions:

• The SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo is available for activation under most of plans in the Switch to O! line subject to plan fee already paid.

• SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo fee withdrawal schedule:

        - upon the Promo activation, and then        
        - automatically, upon successful withdrawal of the plan fee subject to sufficient balance.

• The SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo fee (inclusive of all taxes):

for 7 days fee plans – 100 KGS
for 28/30 days fee plans – 195 KGS

• Where plan fee is withdrawn every 7 days, if the balance is above 100 KGS after the plan fee is withdrawn, the Promo will be renewed automatically and you will get 300 GB for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte, WhatsApp, Telegram and Odnoklassniki available until the next attempt to withdraw the plan fee

• Where plan fee is withdrawn every 28/30 days, if the balance is equal to or above 195 KGS after the plan fee is withdrawn, the Promo will be renewed automatically for 195 KGS and you will get 300 GB for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Vkontakte, WhatsApp, Telegram and Odnoklassniki available until the next attempt to withdraw the plan fee.

• If the balance is insufficient to pay the promo fee after the plan fee is withdrawn, the promo will be suspended (internet traffic will be charged as per terms of the subscriber’s current plan when using the Instagram, VK, Odnoklassniki, Facebook, Telegram, WhatsApp, and YouTube apps and websites, including all active separate services and promos for the subscriber or the plan used by the subscriber);

• After the balance is topped up, the user can resume the Promo without assistance by dialing *300# or *301#, or the Promo will be renewed automatically upon the next withdrawal of the plan fee as per the conditions described above.

• The Promo allows using/spending the internet traffic provided under the primary plan or other services currently used by the subscriber:
  - for voice calls and video calls in WhatsApp,
  - for viewing Instagram Stories, Facebook Stories and online broadcasts,
  - for apps upgrade and incognito browser use,
  - for using browsers compressing the traffic or using proxy servers, VPN channels or anonymizers,
  - where apps or websites such as VKontakte, Odnoklassniki, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube are used to open pages containing links, pictures or videos requiring connection to outside resources (outside websites).

• The 300 GB internet traffic is provided under the SUPERHYPE + YouTube promo upon the promo fee withdrawal and until the first attempt of the next automatic fee withdrawal for the current plan.

• Where the plan fee is withdrawn every 30/28 days, the 300 GB of internet traffic are available for up to 30/28 days.

• To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal internet traffic volume and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i.e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment.

• The automatic withdrawal of the SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo fee terminates on the 91st day following the last withdrawal of the Promo fee;

• While the active, the Share Internet! service cannot be enabled until the Promo is deactivated;

• While the Share Internet! service is active, the SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo cannot be enabled until the Share Internet! service is deactivated by dialing *711*0#;

• If, while the SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo is active, the current plan is changed to one for which the SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo is not available, the Promo will be deactivated;

• If, while the SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo is active, the current plan is changed to one for which the SUPERHYPE + YouTube Promo is available, the Promo will not be deactivated.
