Service terms:

1. The service is available for activation on most of the Switch to O! line plans subject to the plan subscription fee payment.

Subscription fee is withdrawn as follows:

- first, upon the service activation;

- after that, upon each successful plan fee withdrawal subject to sufficient balance.

1. Subscription fee (including all taxes):

for plans with fee withdrawn every 7 days: 40 KGS;

for plans with fee withdrawn every 28/30 days: 100 KGS

1. If the balance is sufficient to pay the service fee upon the plan fee withdrawal, the service period will be extended automatically and you can enjoy unlimited data for Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram until the next plan fee withdrawal attempt.

2. If the balance is insufficient to pay the service fee upon the plan fee withdrawal, the service provision terms will be suspended, i. e. the data used for Instagram, WhatsApp and Telegram will be billed as per the current plan terms including all current services and promos active for the user or the plan to which the user is currently subscribed;

3. As the balance is topped up, you can resume the service yourself by dialing *600#, or the service will be renewed automatically upon the next plan fee withdrawal as per the terms described above.

4. The service allows using/spending the data traffic provided under the primary plan or other services currently used by the subscriber:
   - for apps upgrade and incognito browser use,
   - for using browsers compressing the traffic or using proxy servers, VPN channels or anonymizers,
   - where apps or websites such as Instagram, WhatsApp, and Telegram are used to open pages containing links, pictures or videos requiring connection to outside resources (outside websites).

5. The unlimited data traffic is provided through the service upon the service fee withdrawal and until the first attempt of the next automatic fee withdrawal for the current plan. Where the plan fee is withdrawn every 7 days, unlimited data traffic is available for up to 7 days. Where the plan fee is withdrawn every 28/30 days, the unlimited data traffic is available for up to 28/30 days.

6. To ensure convenient access to internet for all its customers, the company applies the Fair Usage Policy (FUP) that suggests fair distribution of the network’s resources during peak busy hours. If a subscriber uses an abnormal data traffic and causes inconveniences to other subscribers during the billing period (starting from the day of the latest fee withdrawal), the system will lower the internet access priority for such subscriber until the next fee withdrawal (i. e. until the end of the billing period). Starting from the day of the next fee withdrawal, the internet access priority will resume automatically. The main advantage of such an approach is that the network’s resources are distributed fairly among all subscribers and the maximum possible speed is ensured at the moment

7. The automatic withdrawal of the service fee terminates on the 91st day following the last withdrawal of the service fee;

8. The Share Internet! service cannot be enabled while the Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service is active;

9. The Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service cannot be activated while the Share Internet service is enabled;

10. The SUPERHYPE + YouTube promo cannot be activated while the Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service is active;

11. The Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service cannot be activated while the SUPERHYPE + YouTube promo is active;

12. The Tunku Unlimited service cannot be enabled while the Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service is active;

13. The Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service cannot be activated while the Tunku Unlimited service is enabled;

14. If, while the Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service is active, the current plan is changed to one for which the Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service is not available, the service will be deactivated;

15. If, while the Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service is active, the current plan is changed to one for which the Unlimited Instagram, WhatsApp, Telegram service is available with the same subscription fee, the service will not be deactivated.
