If you have spent out or failed to top up your balance before traveling abroad, you can ask your friends or family members to top up your account at no charge.

To do so, send request to an O! user by dialing 109user numbertop-up amount

The number of the user you want to ask to top up your balance should be entered as follows: 070Xxxxxxx or 99650Xxxxxxx.

The top-up amount should be between 20 and 10,000 KGS.

Service terms:

• The service is provided free of charge and available to all individual subscribers.

• The sending of top-up requests is available to users currently in roaming.

• Up to 3 top-up requests can be sent within a day.
