The O! Mobile Operator facilitated another school yard planting campaign. This one took place at school #78 in the Kolmo residential area.
The O! team took over the whole process management, from seedlings to tools and supplies. The green future is also co-owned by teachers and upper-formers. With their passion, spades and cheer, they helped create the future that would have more shadow, air and comfort. Together, they planted 70 trees including smaragd cedars, birches and decorative trees. Soon, not only school bell will ring but leaves will whisper in the yard.
This is already the seventh green park created by the O! team, not just for checking the box but from the very heart indeed. We believe that trees also provide communication, with nature.
The greening event was a part of the 2-month improvement and sanitary campaign that started in Bishkek on March 15 and will continue until May 17. Furthermore, this is a contribution to the 5-year national campaign Jashyl Muras (The Green Heritage) initiated by the President Sadyr Japarov in 2023.
To O!, such green initiatives are not single events but rather a part of its attitude towards the world: it feels like having not only mobile communication but a human one too, and having a city not just digital but alive as well. We not only develop the digital infrastructure but rather made that in harmony with the nature. For example, birds make their nests on cell towers and bring up their babies there. The nature itself trusts stability and security to O!. We take care of every spot we cover thus making it a part of a live ecosystem.
